We are a specialised, niche practice dealing mainly in property and associated legal work including company formation in Cyprus. We represent clients buying property in Cyprus across the whole of the Southern part of the island.
We act only for buyers or individual sellers and our firm does not represent any developers or other organizations whose interests may conflict with those of our clients. In this way we ensure that our clients purchasing property in Cyprus are provided with advice which is totally conflict free.
We are unique to Cyprus in terms of our specialization, expertise, independence and the high professional standards we uphold.
Our team of specialist property lawyers in Cyprus are English Solicitors and Cyprus Barristers. Louise Zambartas herself is one of the very few dually qualified English Solicitor/Cyprus Barristers on the island.
Lawyers at the firm are governed by both the Law Society of England and Wales (please visit www.lawsociety.org.uk to find our listings on the Law Society website) and the Cyprus Bar Association. We uphold the professional principles of both these bodies and we have adopted client care and complaints procedures in accordance with standards required by both organisations. We have full indemnity insurance, which is not required by the Cyprus Bar Association and therefore not offered by most other Cyprus Law Firms.
We are also one of only 8 law firms on the island to be recommended by the British High Commission
Association of International Property Professionals, the industry association for the international property world. The AIPP has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property industry. This means we have signed up to follow the industry Code of Conduct, established to help the consumer in buying overseas. These guidelines dictate that a professional approach is followed and that we act with honesty, transparency and integrity at all times. Any failure in our actions will lead to disciplinary action against us;
We are passionate about what we do and our clients see this reflected in our enthusiasm and commitment to their needs. Our clients can be reassured that we will do everything in our power to support them throughout the entire process and to ensure that their transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Vision &Values
Whilst we are based in Cyprus our aim is to provide a service similar in standards to that found in the best law firms in the UK.
We place central value on:
Client Interests – we place great emphasis on client care and striving to obtain the best possible terms for our clients in every respect.
A Top Quality Service - we firmly believe in providing an approachable and friendly service and in delivering to our clients friendly, comprehensive and efficient advice.
Cost Predictability – we understand that our clients need to know in advance the cost of their transaction, and we will always provide a detailed quota
