GABE DEVELOPERS LTD is a real estate developing company focusing on developments of high aesthetic that encompass innovative architectural design, functionality, high construction quality and attention to detail.

The company was founded by Michael Psomas in 2004 who decided to take advantage of his long experience in construction through family projects by creating a developing company that would differentiate itself through its emphasis on design, quality and attention to detail.

In 2006, George Psomas joined the company after completing his studies in Electrical and Computing Engineering (BEng, Imperial College), Finance (MSc, Imperial College), Political Science (MA, Stanford University) and International Relations (MA, Columbia University). Prior to joining the company he worked on large-scale commercial and residential projects in Eastern Europe and renovations of high-end apartments in London.

In all its developments, Gabe Developers seeks to create a product of the highest quality that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional with the utmost attention to detail. That is achieved through active involvement in all facets of the development process and the careful selection of the company’s collaborators (architects, contractors, designers etc).
